Softball walk-up FAQ
What makes a good softball walk-up song?
One the player actually loves, that hits its hook in the first two seconds. The batter is in the box in about 10–15 seconds, so skip slow intros — clip straight to the chorus or the riff, and always use the clean edit. WalkAmp defaults each song to a clip you can fine-tune.
Can the pitcher have her own song?
If your league allows music, plenty of teams play a short entrance song when the pitcher first takes the circle. Rules vary by league and tournament, so check first — and keep it short so it never delays play.
Where do I find the clean version of a song?
Search for the clean or radio-edit release — in the Apple Music catalog, explicit tracks carry an E badge. Preview the exact clip you plan to use before game day; some clean edits still leave suggestive lines in.
