Choose announcer voices & calls

"Now batting… number 14… Jake Rivera!" Every intro is generated for your specific player — the voice, the call, and the name are all yours to pick.

1

Pick a voice for the team

Choose a default announcer in your team's settings — classic ballpark, big-game hype, old-school radio, and more, in English, Spanish, and Japanese. Want variety? You can pick a different voice per player. Hear the voices here.

2

Choose the call

Pick an announcement template — Classic, Hype, Stepping Up, Hear It — or write your own using the player's name and number as tokens, so every kid gets the same call with their own details.

3

Fix tricky pronunciations

If the announcer stumbles on a name, spell it how it sounds — "so-FEE-ah" for Sofia — and it comes out right every time. No more cringing at the plate.

4

Preview before the game

Play each intro at practice so there are no surprises at the plate. Announcements are generated on demand and cached on your phone, so they play instantly on game day — even with weak signal at the field.

🏴‍☠️ Bonus: there are more voices in the app than on the website — including a pirate captain your 8U team will beg for. And if parents prefer no names over the speaker, flip Skip Announcements in team settings for a music-only game.

Give every kid the big-league call.
