Open the clip editor
From a player's song, open the clip editor. You'll see the track with handles marking where the clip starts and ends.
Drag the handles to the moment
Slide the start handle to the chorus, the drop, or the riff everyone knows. Set the clip length so it plays exactly as long as you want at the plate.
Fine-tune to the tenth of a second
Nudge the start time and duration numerically when the handles get you close but not perfect. If the beat lands at 42.3 seconds, start it at 42.3 seconds.
Choose how it meets the announcement
Decide whether the song starts after the announcer finishes — "…Jake Rivera!" then the drop — or plays under the announcement like a real stadium bed. You can also mute the announcement or the song for any individual player.
Preview the whole intro
Play it back — announcement and clip together — so you hear exactly what the ballpark will hear. Adjust until it feels right.
