Your shortlist

No perfect matches for that combo. Try a different vibe, that usually opens things up. Pitchers get a smaller, meaner pool on purpose.
How the finder picks songs
The pool is 75 songs drawn from our 50 clean walk-up songs and softball walk-up songs lists, plus Latin, EDM, and throwback picks that only make sense once you can filter for them. We tagged each one by sport, vibe, age group, and moment, and the finder shows five that match. Every song is clean by default or has an official clean edit, and we flag the ones where you need to grab that version. If you searched for a walk-up song generator, this is that, with one difference: every song in the pool was picked and tagged by hand, so nothing strange comes up.
The age filter works in both directions. The 6–10 group never sees songs that lean older, and 15+ never sees the little-kid picks, while 11–14 sees the whole pool. A few songs are softball-only or baseball-only because that is where they land, and the pitcher's entrance draws from a smaller, meaner pool, so some pitcher combinations come up empty on purpose.
Once a player has a song, the next job is picking the right ten seconds of it. Our guide to clip and timing covers that, and playing music at your field covers speakers, the PA, and league rules.
Song finder FAQ
How does the walk-up song finder work?
Pick the sport, the vibe, the player's age group, and whether the song is for batting or a pitcher's entrance, then tap Find songs. You get five songs that match, with a line on why each one works at the field. Tap Show me different songs for a fresh set from the same pool.
Are these songs clean enough for youth leagues?
Yes. Every song in the pool is clean by default or has an official clean or radio edit, and the finder flags the ones where you need to grab that version. Still listen to the exact clip you plan to use before game day, because some clean edits leave suggestive lines in.
Can I use it for a pitcher's entrance song?
Yes. Choose Taking the mound or circle and the finder switches to songs built for a slow walk to the rubber. That pool is smaller on purpose, so if a combination comes up empty, try another vibe. Check your league's rules first, since some only allow music between batters.
Is there an app that plays walk-up songs automatically?
That is what WalkAmp does. Add your roster, set each player's song and start point once, and tap the batter's name when they step up. The song plays with a stadium-style announcer intro. Free on iPhone and Android.
