Can't connect Apple Music on Android?

A known problem in Apple's Android sign-in library can stop WalkAmp from connecting to Apple Music. It isn't something in WalkAmp, and there is a reliable fix: sign out of the Apple Music app, then connect from WalkAmp. It has cleared it in every case we have seen.

1

Sign out of the Apple Music app

Open the Apple Music app on your Android phone and sign out of your Apple account. Do not sign back in yet. WalkAmp will handle that in step 3.

2

Open WalkAmp and go to My Music

Open WalkAmp and tap the My Music tab.

3

Tap the Apple Music button

This launches the Apple Music app on a screen that says Connect Apple Music to WalkAmp. Tap Connect to Apple Music and sign in with your Apple account.

4

Look for the check mark

Once you have logged in, WalkAmp brings you back to My Music. The Apple Music row should now show a check mark and say Connected — full songs enabled, like this. You're set: WalkAmp can play full Apple Music tracks.

✉️ Still no check mark? Email us at [email protected] with your phone model and we'll help you sort it out. In the meantime, every song in the catalog still plays its official 30-second preview, so your lineup works on game day either way.

Full tracks, any start point.
